If you have a classroom-owned iPad and don't need the robust Proloquo2Go AAC app but would like to use your device for nonverbal students to make choices, definitely check out Sounding Board. I've heard many of you looking for a two-choice board for the iPad. This is it!
The best part is that you can incorporate real photos and record your (or a peer's) voice.
Quick tip programming path:
open app --> choose "add board" (upper right corner) --> name the board (ie: food, etc) --> select Image for board list (can choose a symbol or take a picture) --> hit white arrow in upper right corner to continue --> tap "add image" --> follow prompts... add image (take a pic of choice), message name (name the choice), record message (record your voice saying the choice), then hit the white arrow again. *Repeat the process to add the second choice. After second choice it will offer you a third choice. Ignore this and simply hit the white arrow again.
